This is all of the best markets in Morgan Hill. Their produce, meats, bakery, Taqueria are all excellent. We're so very lucky to have these folks in town!
I've been here too many times and I haven't been disappointed. I always try the Al Pastor either tacos or the Region bowl. They prepare the tacos and the tortilla fresh, it's very satisfying to watch. Once they have the base ready, they call you in for the toppings and they have really good options for salsas and the usual onion, cilantro, picked vegetables and so on. I really like the region bowl, it comes with rice and two types of beans, refried or whole, choice of meat and choice of toppings. It's a very wholesome meal I would say. There are some seating area for you to eat from here. I usually take mine to go. It's fresh and delicious always. The only thing I'd say is there's a bit of a wait but it's in a market, so you can go shopping in the meantime.
I was looking for options for a taco party and found this. There are both prepared options and options behind the meat counter for you to purchase and cook yourself. I opted to cook it myself. The asada and the pollo were delicious. They have fresh made chips and salsa that I ordered as well. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Will be coming bk!
Region market has a taco bar made with fresh handmade tortillas. Everything I've tried is delicious. I have tried their ramen birria, Flautas, quesabirrias, tortas, and burritos. Their ramen noodles is a great addition to their menu. All of the people working here are quick and efficient. Their meat section is located all the way in the back of the store. You can choose from prepared or unprepared meat. They have a panaderia and a coffee bar. I don't come here for produce because I think it's over priced. While I waited for my food, on a Saturday, I noticed people ordering the taco box which is 16 tacos for $35.99.

Great price for produce. The carne asada premixed meats are pretty good here too. I especially enjoy the bakery goods. Their little corn cake squares are to die for, definitely coming back. I went on a Friday during rush hour and there was a line and only one cashier but it went quick. Overall I thought it was a nice market for a small town.
First time here and was DELICIOUS. I had 2 tacos , qusabirria taco with the cosome. Cucumber juego fresco. Stuft. Tortilla were hand-made fresh, and what I liked about the tacos was that you could build your own toppings with no extra charge. I'm definitely putting this in my weekly rotation for the week week. Also, they have a breakfast bar and a bakery to get those fresh mexican Breads.
